Educates healthcare professionals on Ferring products using the products’ strategies and promotional material.
Executes (under his / her line manager’s guidance) the area business plan to achieve area goals, within set budgets.
Screens accounts in the area (physicians, decision-makers / influencing professionals) to realize potential and preference for Ferring products, and prognoses on the expected turnover and sales in the area to the Sales Manager, on basis of direct market analysis in the territory.
Evaluates and corrects the performance of the individual medical representatives, based upon the set objectives through active coaching and training on the job.
Keeps detailed records of all contacts and visit details, which may involve database management.
Builds and maintains positive and effective working relationships with healthcare professionals and makes use of these relationships to achieve business goals.
Stays informed of new developments in the market, anticipating potential negative and positive impacts on the business, and reports the same to the Sales Manager.
Monitors and ensures the use of the sales force reporting system, and customer information database.
Achievement of the monthly, quarterly and annual objectives for the area and each member of his / her team.
